Our mission is to accelerate the next generation of solutions aligned with The 2025 EAT-Lancet Commission Report for healthy, sustainable, and just food systems.

From more than 300 applicants worldwide, five start-ups were selected by a jury of leading investors, scientists, and industry executives.

These teams are redefining what’s possible — reducing chemical use, cutting food waste, improving ingredients, expanding access, and empowering healthier choices.

Their work represents the creativity, urgency, and ambition needed to reshape the global food landscape.
